But when Lilly digs into her sibling’s final days, she uncovers something far more sinister than drugs or burnout. A secret society controlling the entertainment industry, pulling strings, erasing people, and manipulating fame for dark, unseen purposes. This one will be an interesting read!
GOTHAM CITY SIRENS: UNFIT FOR ORBIT #1 (DC Comics)
DC is releasing an edition every week in July, and we kick off with Harley. Ivy. Catwoman. In space. In Unfit for Orbit, the Gotham City Sirens trade alleys and shadows for a high-flying hijack of a floating space nightclub. But what starts as a girls' night out quickly spirals into a cosmic crisis, naturally, they’re the only ones who can stop it.
X-MEN: HELLFIRE VIGIL #1 (Marvel Comics)
This one-shot is equal parts tribute and turning point. After the fall of Krakoa, the mutants of the Marvel Universe gather to honor the lives lost during the Hellfire Gala attack. The vigil is quiet, but the undercurrents are tense. Former allies are distant. Secrets are bubbling to the surface. And something new is stirring beneath the ashes.
Hellfire Vigil might read like a poetic funeral and a battle cry rolled into one, but we will have to wait and see.
