Please note: We do not offer returns for reasons other than damage or mis-shipment. Comics are classified as periodicals and are exempt from distance selling regulations, meaning we are not required to provide a 14-day cooling-off period.

Shipping

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via tracked services.

Order Processing Times

In-stock orders: Typically shipped within 2 working days, but may take up to 5 working days during busy periods.
Weekly release preorders: Shipped within one week of release (release dates are subject to publisher changes).
Exclusive releases: Shipped within 1–2 weeks of release (estimated shipping dates are provided in listings).

Pre-Orders

Due to the collectible nature of our products, pre-orders cannot be canceled.

In-Stock Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.
However, due to non-refundable payment processing fees, a 5% administrative charge will apply to all cancellations.
