TRENDING AFTERMARKET
March 4, 2025
NIGHTS #1
Moving into a new home is always an adventure, but things are bound to get interesting when you’re doing it with your mercenary cousin and their video game-obsessed roommate. Now throw in an unexpected friendship with the world's greatest (and possibly most mysterious) vampire, and you’ve got the makings of an unforgettable story!
Originally released in 2023, this comic might have flown under your radar, but with Netflix officially announcing an animated adaptation, it's quickly becoming one of the hottest books in the scene

ULTIMATE WOLVERINE YASMINE PUTRI (1:25) #2
"The dark tale of the Maker and the Wolverine continues. This 1:25 cover is outstanding and is gaining traction in the aftermarket. With so many recognizable characters and a slow-burning story wrapped in action, I'm sure this won't be the last Wolverine cover to perform well."

GEIGER #10 2ND PRINTING
Geiger #10, What? Where did this come from? Well, it has sold out, and now the second print is here. This issue features the first appearance of Ashley 'Ash' Arden, the so-called 'Glowing Woman,' who apparently can cure the radiation ravaging Geiger's body. If that doesn’t make much sense, it’s time to go read the comics. That said, this is the first appearance of a key character, so both the first and second prints are being scooped up.

AMAZING SPIDER-MAND #316
Venom, now in New York, seeks revenge on Spider-Man. Hiding in an abandoned fallout shelter, he prepares for their inevitable battle. Mary Jane gets caught up in the chaos, narrowly escaping an encounter with Venom. As Spider-Man searches the city for his foe, he is ambushed. Their battle ends with Spider-Man escaping, but Venom discovers Peter’s home address. Yep, epic, just like the rest of the Venom and Spider-Man comics from the 1980s, which are trending in the aftermarket.

ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #13
So, this is a key issue in the series. While Ultimate Spider-Man #12 is trending, #13 is the real winner.
This issue features a black-suit Spider-Man—but is it a symbiote? Nope! It’s Peter’s picotech suit, with Richard Parker underneath, delivering a symbiote homage and introducing a new Spider-Boy. Looks like #13 is lucky for some!"

TRENDING RELEASES NEXT WEEK
TUSAGI YOJIMBO TEN THOUSAND PLUMS #1
One plum is enough for me or maybe this is a plum! This issue marks the beginning of an all-new, adventure in the "Usagi Yojimbo" saga, promising a blend of mystery, action, and the rich storytelling that has become synonymous with the series.

VAMPIRELLA #675
I called this one out last week, but it's still a hot one, There are some seriously awesome variant covers for these comics, and you can bet limited-edition prints will follow. If you can look beyond the stunning artwork, this issue unveils a previously unseen chapter of Vampirella’s life making it a must-read for fans. Vampirella is always a collectible favorite, and with the new Buffy reboot officially confirmed, now’s the perfect time to dust off your old Angel comics and prepare for full-blown vampire mania!

MARK SPEARS MONSTERS #1 4TH PRINTING FOIL EDITION KING KONG.
OMG!!!!! You have to be kidding, this is an unbelievable comic cover featuring the iconic King Kong!
The series, already a massive success, continues to deliver some of the most epic and visually stunning covers in comics today. If you manage to get your hands on one of these at a reasonable price, consider yourself a winner.

ALIEN VS AVENGERS #3
Technically a last-week comic, this four-part series has been highly successful, and there’s still time to jump on the bandwagon. While the first print is a bit pricey, there are still some bargains out there. Plus, it’s an excellent set of comics, I mean, what else would you expect from Avengers and Aliens? Just imagine this comic in a 9.8 Slab, yes, please!!!

DOCTOR STRANGE OF ASGARD #1
As it goes , Doctor Doom pulled the ultimate power move, tricking Doctor Strange into handing over the title of Sorcerer Supreme. Not sure how that happened. Now, Doom is ruling the world, and Strange is in full-blown miserable mode. Desperate for a new gig (and maybe a little revenge), he heads to Asgard to see if Thor’s kingdom is in the market for a new mystical MVP. Loki, of course, is more than happy to help. The Rivals variants have been doing well, so this variant could be the one to pick up.

That wraps up my top ten picks for the week! Whether you're hunting for key issues, rare variants, or the next big spec book, there’s plenty to keep an eye on.
