This week we’ve got legacy heroes recharged, crossovers, and yes ghost pirates. What more do you want? Between DC launching its new Superman Unlimited series (and yep thanks, DC, for that advanced copy), and Marvel giving us emotional drama with Vision & Scarlet Witch, there’s something electric in the air.

But don’t think the Big Two (DC, Marvel) are hogging the spotlight. Dark Horse throws its proton pack into the ring with Ghostbusters: Skeleton Crew, a comic packed with spectral swashbuckling emotional turmoil. Throw in a gritty new solo from The Thing and a full-blown Spider-Man & Wolverine crossover event (yes, you read that right), and you’ve got a stacked week.

Whether you’re in it for the first appearances, ratio variants, or just want a good read, this lineup is hear.

TRENDING RELEASES NEXT WEEK

SUPERMAN UNLIMITED #1 (DC Comics)

Thanks DC for the advanced Copy!!!

The Man of Steel soars into a new era with Superman Unlimited #1, just ahead of James Gunn’s film reboot. This series kicks off with Superman confronting a world-threatening asteroid harboring a green-glowing menace, who could this be!!!.

Well It is awesome, Superman is sent to stop the meteor that turns the comic narrative into exploring his back story, with the origin including his super dog. It also has a great twist at the end. The art is brilliant. I recommend this one, it's a good one!!!

Collectors, take note: this issue boasts a plethora of variants that look awesome!! And anything with a dog works for me.

THE VISION & THE SCARLET WITCH #1 (Marvel Comics)

Celebrating 50 years since their iconic wedding, Vision and Scarlet Witch reunite in this emotionally charged miniseries. We delve into a tale where Vision is gravely injured, prompting Wanda to take drastic measures to save him, leading to unforeseen consequences, like that haven't happened before. Comics with Vision are always great, and they give Wander, Ops Scarlet Witch that new dimension and human quality. As such, this will be a good read and possibly a source for building a link in cross-cutting ways.

SPIDER-MAN & WOLVERINE #1 (Marvel Comics)

Two of Marvel’s most iconic characters join forces in Spider-Man & Wolverine #1, and this isn’t just a team-up; it’s the kickoff to a full-blown crossover event. The series launches with Peter Parker and Logan diving headfirst into an adventure. The central threat? The mysterious “Janus Directory” is a shadowy organization, awesome!!!!. Spidey’s brains and Wolverine’s claws are the only combo that might stand a chance.

Expect fast-paced banter, deep moral tension, and surprise Marvel Universe cameos.

In this edition, Members attempt to plan a "friendiversary" whatever that is !!!! However, their personal lives are interrupted when a ghostly saber summons the spirit of the infamous pirate, threatening to transform Manhattan into a haunted pirate haven. Oh yes, it's going to be epic !!
